Battle of the Books
Battle of the Books is supported by the national organization America's Battle of the Books.
It is a reading incentive program for students where students are encouraged to read books and come together in groups to test their knowledge.
How it works:
1. Students must fill out a Battle of the Books application. Please come to the library to get one
2. Students must read at least 10 books from this year's book list of 28 books
3. Students fill out a Book Summary provided thorough the Battle of the Books Google classroom
4. In Spring 2024, students will battle each other as small groups and answer questions about the books
5. The top two teams will have a grand battle that afternoon
